Parts Clerk

Volkswagen de Boucherville, proud member of the AG/AutoGroupe group, is currently looking for an experienced representative for its parts and accessories department.

For this position, you will have among other responsibilities;

• Act as a clerk/salesperson at the parts counter and in the showroom
• Assist the parts director on a daily basis
• Responsible for the accessories division
• Develop the sales potential of accessories per vehicle
• Store and label items in an orderly manner and so that they are easily accessible in our parts department.
• Maintain records of orders and the number, type of parts and supplies available and where they are stored using our SERTI system
• Prepare orders to replenish parts and supplies reserves;
• Ensure inventory control and removal of obsolete parts and equipment;
• Ensure the management of a parts and tools store for the company or organization's maintenance center.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED:

-Bilingual

-Knowledge of Serti and ideally Volkswagen products

- Demonstrated sales skills

-Dynamic, developer, conscientious, team player and excellent salesman

- Ease of attention and concentration because you will have to analyze the needs of customers and technicians in order to provide them with the right parts

- Know the services offered by the dealership to properly advise our customers on the products and services that are offered

- Sense of organization because you will be responsible for managing the inventory of parts and accessories.

- Enjoy working with the public and facilitate communication and interpersonal skills because you will be in constant contact with the public

- Knowing English is necessary when selling to all customers

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
