If you are in the market for a VW, then you found the right place. Just took delivery of a new ID.4 and instead of going out for a long drive, I immediately got home to post this 5-star review. St-Bruno didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my inquiry and Brossard essentially told me to go home. In the end, you may still choose to buy your car elsewhere but give yourself the chance to be treated with fairness and respect at VW Boucherville. Getting a new car should be enjoyable and worth celebrating, other dealers make it more painful than getting a root canal. Shout out to David D. who was very patient from sales to delivery. Also Eric F., who probably enjoys structuring complex creative deals all day at his desk, also the only sales manager who understood what I was looking for. If you manage to come across these two, know that the stars are aligned and fate is telling you to sign for that new car.
